Richard works at Molescroft Primary School in Beverley, where he has worked for a number of years as an EYFS teacher, maths lead and Assistant Head. He trained as a Primary Mastery Specialist in 2018. This year he is leading schools in three ‘Sustaining’ groups and is a work group lead for the mastering number programme.
