Andy is a Year 5 teacher and part of the senior leadership team at Staynor Hall Community Primary Academy in Selby. Andy has worked in the Ebor Academy trust for the last 11 years and has travelled to Shanghai as part of the trusts exchange programme. Andy trained as a mastery specialist in 2020 and is leading a group of ’embedding’ schools this year.
