Kelly Spenceley

Marwood C of E Infant School in Great Ayton

Kelly is the Year 1 teacher and Maths Lead at Marwood C of E Infant School in Great Ayton.

She trained as a Primary Mastery Specialist in 2021/22 and has since led Work Groups for schools in both their developing and embedding years. Kelly is currently facilitating a core Teaching for Mastery Work Group, supporting maths leads to strengthen their curriculum through deeper mathematical thinking, high‑quality lesson design, and collaborative planning.

She works closely with schools towards the shared goal of developing a stronger, more sustainable mastery approach across their settings. In addition to her Work Group leadership, Kelly also provides enhanced support to individual schools as needed.
