Vicky Harper

Kirkbymoorside CP School

Vicky works at Kirkbymoorside CP School in the Ryedale District, where she has been teaching for 11 years. She is currently a Year 5 class teacher and holds the roles of Maths Lead, Geography Lead and Curriculum Lead. Vicky is also a senior teacher and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

After training as a Primary Mastery Specialist in 2024/25, Vicky was inspired by the Teaching for Mastery approach and its impact on inclusive, high-quality mathematics teaching. Alongside this, she has led SEND in mainstream sessions by facilitating focus groups and working collaboratively with several schools to strengthen provision and outcomes for all learners.
